We hope that you will FALL IN LOVE WITH your SOUL SERGEANTS purchase. However if you need to return your item for any reason, WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM BUT DUE TO THE BESPOKE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it is received by us. You may like to obtain a proof of posting at the time of sending. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you are returning a faulty item.

Our EXCHANGE policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it with all tags still attached AND IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING. By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the returns policy.
